Hats Off to the Club.....and Junior Dragons!
As I've mentioned on another thread, my 10 year old son was the "official mascot" for yesterday's game. He won it as a prize via the JD's.
I can't praise the club highly enough for our treatment during the day. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
We visited the changing rooms "pre-match" to meet all the players. We now have three copies of the 2009/10 team photo (thanks to Grandad) signed for posterity which will be framed together with the match progamme.
Dean also made time for us, despite obviously being busy with pre-match preparations.
A special thanks to two Gareths.......
Gareth Griffiths was our "chaperone", giving us his attention throughout,
Gareth Taylor for taking time to give him encouragement and not to be nervous leading the teams out!
He'll certainly cherish the experience for many years to come!

My son, enjoyed being the mascot
Gareth at the club showed us round and looked after us.The players all signed the programmes – big Steve Evans was the one who stepped forward and showed an interest in the boys.
